Motion Pilot: lightweight effects for our pages
A hidden test page for four small, fast effects. All text is real HTML, nothing loads from outside, and motion switches off for visitors who prefer reduced motion.

An animated process strip
Four steps ease in as the section scrolls into view. Without JavaScript, or with reduced motion on, they simply show.
-
Listen
Start with your goals, timing, and the kind of setting you want.
-
Review
Compare neighbourhoods and properties against what matters to you.
-
Plan
Build a clear approach to pricing, preparation, or offers.
-
Decide
Move forward with the facts in front of you.
Idea 2
A gate-photo reveal
When you send entrance photos, each one can wipe in once as it scrolls into view. The placeholder below stands in for a photo from the public road.
Idea 3
Cards that respond
Subtle lift and a gold edge on hover or keyboard focus. These use transform and shadow only, so they do not shift the layout.
Buyer guidance
Compare areas and properties with a clear checklist.
Seller positioning
Present the property and set pricing using current evidence.
Private conversation
Discuss your plans in confidence, without pressure.
Idea 4
Cleaner FAQs
Do these effects slow the page?
They add a small amount of CSS and about a dozen lines of script, with no images, fonts, libraries, or video.
What if a visitor prefers reduced motion?
Motion is switched off and everything shows at once.
Will search engines still read the text?
Yes. All content is in the page HTML and is visible without scrolling or clicking.
Rules this pilot follows
- Only transform and opacity animate, to avoid layout shift.
- Content is visible by default and never depends on motion to be read.
- No external files, so no extra network requests.
- Reduced-motion setting is respected.
